How long does it take to receive my order?
Every order is made-to-order and fulfilled through Printify. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on the product and shipping option selected.
Can I upload my own design or logo?
Yes! On the checkout page, you can provide your artwork by pasting a Google Drive or Dropbox link in the “Artwork Link” field. You can also include any special instructions or sizing notes in the optional “Design Notes” section to make sure your design turns out exactly as you want.
What sizes, colors, and styles are available?
Available sizes, colors, and styles vary depending on the product. You can view all options directly on each product’s page and select your preferred choices before adding the item to your cart.
Do you offer bundle deals or discounts?
We occasionally offer bundle deals and promotions. Check product pages or the homepage for current offers.
What if I need to change or cancel an order?
Changes or cancellations can only be made before the order is sent to Printify. Contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
Can I get help with my design before ordering?
Yes! You can reach out via email or phone for guidance on uploading and previewing your design.
Are your products eco-friendly or locally made?
All products are printed on-demand, reducing waste, and we operate from Arcata, Humboldt County, CA.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds or replacements are provided for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery.
How should I prepare my file for printing?
Please submit your files in PNG, JPG, or PDF format with a resolution of 300 DPI or higher for sharp prints, using RGB or CMYK color mode. Keep file sizes reasonable (or use file-sharing for very large files) and include at least a 0.125-inch/3 mm margin or bleed to prevent cropping.
Do you require minimum order quantities?
We don’t have a minimum order requirement—every order counts! Right now, due to our current capacity, we can only accommodate smaller runs, so we recommend starting with a few items at a time. This ensures we can give every order the care and attention it deserves.
